ANCA-WR ADVOCACY DAY 2013 SET FOR APRIL 15

Glendale – The Armenian National Committee of America-Western Region (ANCA-WR) has announced that it will be hosting its annual Advocacy Day in the California State Capitol in Sacramento on Monday, April 15, 2013.

For years, the ANCA-WR Advocacy Day has attracted over 200 activists from across California and has served as an important opportunity to educate, motivate, and activate advocates on the legislative process. It is also an opportune time to educate legislators on the issues that impact Armenian-Americans living in the Golden State.

Further information about travel arrangements and other details will be released in the coming weeks. Those interested in Advocacy Day 2013 can email CAstate@ancawr.org indicating that they would like to receive future updates.

The Armenian National Committee of America-Western Region is the largest and most influential Armenian American grassroots advocacy organization in the Western United States. Working in coordination with a network of offices, chapters, and supporters throughout the Western United States and affiliated organizations around the country, the ANCA-WR advances the concerns of the Armenian American community on a broad range of issues.
